Past Event: Comparative Integration Process in Europe (European Union), Africa (African Union), and America (MERCOSUR

On Tuesday, 17th June 2025, the Centre for Latin American Studies, in collaboration with the Spanish Section of the Department of European Languages, organized a seminar themed "Comparative Integration Process in Europe (European Union), Africa (African Union), and America (MERCOSUR)."
The seminar aimed to provide a comprehensive analysis of the key characteristics of major international organizations across the three continents, focusing on their shared features, differences, and historical evolution.
The guest speaker was Dr. Pablo Arconada Ledesma, Visiting Scholar from the Department of Modern and Contemporary History of America and Journalism at the University of Valladolid, Spain.
